IT Technician (m/f/d) in Field Service

Wanted
For our nationwide system of all-in-one PCs and tablet devices, we are looking for IT technicians who will regularly take on tours for us throughout Germany to help us set up, commission and maintain the devices. (Freelance or permanent position).
The duration of the assignments can vary and range from daily assignments to longer trips with overnight stays of several days, sometimes on weekends.
You will be responsible for providing professional technical service to users on site, primarily for maintenance, error analysis and troubleshooting. In addition, you will support our service team in the office with the documentation of the processed cases. The planning of the service trips takes place after consultation with our team.

Profile
You are tech-savvy, enjoy working with computers and have a valid class B driver's license (formerly 3). Ideally, you already have experience in technical field service. You like to communicate, are extremely service-oriented and have a confident and friendly manner towards customers. In addition, we expect a conscientious way of working and very good written and spoken German.
