Tasks

You support our team and support our customers in all project phases - from conception to calculation to operational processing, cost monitoring and billing.

As the interface between everyone involved, you bring everything together: you keep an overview, communicate the project-relevant content and keep everyone involved up to date. You coordinate the trades, support your team during implementation and support them in quality assurance, as well as in the evaluation and follow-up of projects.

Profile

You are interested in technical processes and are familiar with common web technologies, preferably beyond the simple operation of CMS systems and social media tools. You can empathize well with the needs of customers and users, have a strong service orientation and you enjoy advising customers.
Professional experience in managing online projects would be desirable, preferably in an agency-like environment.
We require a structured way of working, a secure command of German spelling and an experienced use of common software applications and project management tools.

With us, no one has to be able to do everything straight away. We give you the opportunity to grow into your role. You should have a basic understanding of the job, but motivation and willingness to learn are at least as important.
